What’s exciting about the role

As an Administrative Clerk, you will be part of the Facility and Property delivering exceptional service to our colleagues from Bucharest and direct report to Facility and Property Manager. You will be responsible for offering facilities and service support to our internal clients (our colleagues).What you’ll do: 

  • Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office (e.g., for maintenance, cleaning, office stationery).
  • Maintain and organize the office condition and arrange necessary repairs (also supervise suppliers on office repairs or others outside working hours, if necessary).
  • Maintain necessary stock files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format (preferable xls format)
  • Partner with all company departments for special requirements. Occasionally travel off-site to deliver files, reports or goods within/outside the organization.
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office issues (e.g., stationery, cleaning supplies, small repairs)
  • Support for in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Consider yourself a backup during vacations or other periods with less personnel in the reception area. This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard or non-routine.
  • Skills and Experience we desire

  • High school diploma or equivalency required. 
  • Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solution oriented approach – we focus on delivering solutions, not only replying to inquiries.
  • Results oriented attitude – our team and company’s primary interest is to keep office space in excellent condition and our colleagues to be comfortable in the office.
  • Driver license B category.
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions. 
  • Good organization, scheduling and time management skills.
