Too Faced is looking for a new intern starting January 2023 for 6 months. About your responsibilities: “FINANCE” Marketplace POs (external vendors): Create vendors (when needed) Create POs & communicate with vendor (request information on vendor/quote, communicate the PO when created) Approve POs/Create Service sheet (confirming the service took place on Marketplace) Invoicing: POC for vendors/affiliates if issues/questions with invoice/POs “LOGISTICS”/”SYSTEM” (execution planning) No charge orders Receive no charge orders (GWPs/samples/gratis) from team , check & correct the template Check stock/status/PAW on SAP Place order, track, fix delivery issues Reship by DHL if shipments from the office (comps or shipment to country not shippable from affiliate/with long shipment timelines) Masterdata maintenance: Request product extension to Plant (new product, returns etc) Request product D-chain status change to each sales org = activation/deactivation (NPL/Disco) Check and handle overall issues of missing system information (status, price, sell out data etc) Qualifications About you: Minimum Education Level: Bac +2 or 3.
