We are bringing a HR Administrative on board to support us maintaining our recruitment quality standards and achieving high-level performance.

Your mission at Webhelp

As a HR Administrative, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. Ultimately, you will guarantee that our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

What you will be doing at Webhelp 

As an HR Administrative, you will:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update & Manage internal HRIS database with different information such as new hires, terminations, vacations, etc.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, work certificates, and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance providers, and ensure legal compliance
  • Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information
  • Support with onboarding and offboarding processes by cooperating with the Recruitment and Welcome Office teams
  • Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist the payroll department with relevant data (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data)
  • We’ll be a great match if you: 

  • Fluent in English (B2/C1)
  • Degree in Human Resources· Good knowledge in Excel is valued· Proactivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge on labor law is highly valued (additional training will be provided)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
